FITNESS BUSINESS PR
Key takeaways:
1. Care for your members/community first - 1%ers. Stay in regular contact in the way they like to connect/communicate. eg: SMS, eDM, Social Media, Phone, F2F
2. Understand the value you have as a business owner and the database you have. Look to develop a corporate partnerships/sponsorship doc and then BDM this with big medium to large corps eg: Australian Unity
3. Always keep innovating - we are now in a new normal and that means digital plays a bigger role more than ever. The mobile phone is the remote control of your community. Use it wisely and regularly!
Here's the link to the preso we never went through, as Q and A was far more interesting/entertaining.
