Reece from National Fitness College. I will be taking a roundtable session at the Ignite Business Summit on how to find, train, and keep great fitness trainers for your facility. The old methods simply are not working. All of my clients are having trouble finding great trainers, let alone keeping them there, right? There are fewer trainers in the market right now, yet we're still using the same attraction interaction models that we've always used, getting worse results.
